About Us

The Town House in Sandbach is a sister to the artisan coffee shop The House and they are both owned, operated and crewed by local residents as part of Blackwater & Grubb Ltd. You can find out more in 'Our Story'.

Whilst both businesses are independently managed they share the same ethos of trying to create a convivial, warm and welcoming environment to enjoy food and drink. For that reason, the Houses of Sandbach, as we call them, take their names reflect our aspiraton to make guests feel like they are coming to our own houses.

We strive to serve the highest quality products and we source locally wherever practicable, effective and sufficiently high quality. Our core belief is that local, independent businesses like ours are vital for creating a vibrant and sustainable local economy.
